Topple testing – industry standard
The chancellor varied an earlier faculty to substitute a force of 30 kg with one 35 kg for the testing of headstones in a municipal churchyard. This was to reflect the revised industry standard. The earlier judgment is reported at [2003] 1 WLR 66; (2003) 7 Ecc L J 103
